WORK EXPRIENCE
 Worked with “M/S D-M-E (INDIA) PVT. LTD.” (Mould base company in Shinoli,
Kolhapur) as a technician.
 Currently working with “M/S Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.” (Farm Equipment
Sector – MRV, Chennai) in R&D – Engine testing from 17thOctober 2013 to till
date as a Team leader.
 Worked with “M/S Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.” (Farm Equipment Sector –
Kandivali, Mumbai) in R&D – Engine testing as a Diploma Engineering Trainee
from 29thAug 2011 to 14th October 2013.
JOB PROFILE
 The above experience is in the area of Tractor & Genset application engine testing,
analysis & evaluation of test results.
 Worked on all Mahindra engine to chive BSIII emission norms without compromis-
ing the fuel consumption for off-road vehicles.
 Hands on experience on engines for Genset application engine up to 40KVA. & con-
versant with CPCB Genset emission norms.
 Also conversant with the EPA rules & regulations.
 Hand on experience on Emission & Particulate measurement test.
 Worked on testing, validation and evaluation of Turbo charger engine models.
 Report preparation, analyzing test report and submitting it to respective engineer.
For further action with suggestion and recommendation.
 Worked towards cost reduction of engine component with maintaining good quality.
 Can take Emission & Performance test on all type of Engine (NA, TC, and TCI) En-
gine development for all domestic engines (NRSC).

gines (CRDI).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Toconduct the appropriate test for a development of engine, to compilation the data
and release to designer through manager.
 Toteach the new trainee for engine testing and trained them for engine testing.
 (Calibration) to change in Rail pressure, EGR map, Injection etc. in INCA software,
flashing the ECU with new dataset.
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
 In house operational training on MICO Inline & Rotary FIP, turbocharger & inter-
cooler.
 In house training for AVL smart sampler (SPC472) for PM measurement; operation
of emission
analyzer (Pier burg, HORIBA, MEXA7100, AMA i60).
 In house training working of P-THETA (AVL Indiset) instrument.
 Engine Preparation, Mechanical development, Durability validation of BS III & BS
IIIA, Tier 3& Tier 4 engines.
INSTRUMENTS KNOWN
 Conversant with handling the eddy-current dynamometers, blow-by meter & smoke
meter.
 Conversant with AVL Fuel balance & Fuel temperature controller.
 well known with emission analyzer (AMAi60), HORIBA emission analyzer (MEXSA
1500&MEXA 7100)
 Well known with the AVL 472 smart sampler for Particulate Measurement.
