7. Enrolment Procedure
1. Collect the requirements.
2. Parent and learner fill-in the form, read and
sign school policy.
3. Teacher check the form and sign.
4. Instruct the parent and learner to paste the
policy in their notebook.
5. Sign the enrolment slip and instruct to proceed
to their adviser for the Brigada Eskwela.
