2. Fusion Resource Management essentially employs an Internet input system that front-ends
resource management of projects in organization. It provides a systematic
maintenance of data for project as well as resource manager. Through web
application project manager can raise resource request and after approval of
resource manager, he can proceed with assignments. Actual Hours can also be
loaded to calculate the utilization of employees in an organization. Application also
provides integration of FUSION with third party application for initial setup of data.
The integration is done through file based data import, web services.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for successful completion of all stages of project lifecycle.
• Responsible for file based data import through sqlloader, control files, batch jobs
and public and private web service.
• Responsible for development of external JAX-WS for CRUD operations of resource
request and assignments.
