Allround IT specialist with a Business degree. What does that make ? Someone who can easily switch from IT possibilities and limitations to business needs and desires. I'm the kind of person who comes up with IT solutions that makes both of these worlds meet in practical solutions. I set very high goals with a mindset sometimes scares people: If there is no solution provided by a vendor; I'll build one myself. This usually means taking an opensource project (often Apache) and enhancing it to meet my needs. Over time I have contributed to projects like Hadoop, Pig, HBase and Storm.
