Directors Mortgage is now offering a guarantee of earnest money, up to $5,000, when we issue
a Direct Advantage Preapproval letter!

What is not covered
• Parties cannot come to terms
• There is an issue due to the inspection contingency
• If any party changes their mind about buying or selling
• We need more time (generally only needed due to
property issues) and parties will not agree to extend
the contract

Selling Agents:
• You can increase the earnest money up to $5,000 with
no risk to your buyer

How does the guarantee work/what
does it cover?
If we cannot close the loan due to a problem
with the financing, we will refund the Earnest
Money 100% up to $5,000. For Example:
• Unforeseen job termination
• A last minute judgment pops up
• A last minute collection pops up
• The home doesn’t appraise and parties can’t come
to terms
