4. We started doing things together back in the 70s
when you were still printing product catalogs. But our
relationship evolved and we eventually began providing
premedia services, page layout, photography, retouching
and project management. The longer we were together,
the better we got to know each other.
Other agencies would come and go, while we remained
at your side. We arrive early, stay late or come in on
the weekend to ensure deadlines are met. Not only do
we know your current brand standards, we drive brand
consistency among your team and all your agency
partners. Adapting to the ever-changing landscape of
retail marketing is what we do. And we do it just for you.

5. COMMITTED
The system not only solved the data storage
challenge at the time of the launch, but also provided
the flexibility to accommodate changing needs. For
example, in 2009, we added a database of legal
disclaimers.
RadioShack copy editors are granted permissions that
allow them to enter, edit and maintain the content,
while our premedia team has read-only access to all
current disclaimers. And in 2013, we also added a
“Sandbox” area to the system where the creative team
can work on concept files before posting them for
final execution.
From workflow analysis to data share protocol, our
Technology team is committed to providing stable,
long-lasting solutions. In early 2006, we launched a
digital asset management system that centralized
digital files, images, logos and other assets into a single
repository. The new system—MediaBank and its sister
component MediaCompass—allows for improved
workflow, controls access to files and establishes a
more regimented naming convention for more reliable
search results.

6. We both knew it would change the dynamics of our
relationship, but you were ready to add an onsite
packaging team. We immediately responded with a
team of skilled account managers, production artists
and a creative director.

We recognized the increasing requests for creative
marketing and in-store solutions, so we restructured
our staff. In turn, two more art directors and a full-
time copywriter joined our team.

• When your digital marketing team requested a 5-day, on-
location photoshoot, we were ready to tackle it

Although our photography team has been onsite
since the beginning, the recent addition of a
creative director, copywriter and two art directors
makes us a full-service creative shop. We work
closely with (or independent from) your in-house
marketing team to produce creative solutions
that help drive the RadioShack brand. From

we’ve expanded our team, as well as our collective skill set.
12. When talks began about Q4 holiday items, we had the opportunity to create a packaging solution that
introduced a standardized look and feel for the entire line of giftables. The modular design allows for a
flexible shelf display, highlighting product photography and strong brand elements. By including a very
conversational shout out—“Love It” or “Want It”—on each box, RadioShack not-so-subtly persuades
customers to add these items to their wish list.

13. RadioShack was seeking ways to create a visual impact for a new store launch. The catch? It should incorporate
the local feel of San Francisco and embrace your mission to “do it together.” In response, we designed four
customized, 3D wall murals that showcased key landmarks around the city—the Golden Gate Bridge, Coit
Tower, Transamerica Pyramid and a historic Cable Car. Each of the oversized, lighted structures were paired
with an inspirational message, like “Build It: Imagination leads to possibility” or “Discover It: Ideas drive
innovation.” On opening day, customers were greeted with RadioShack’s fresh perspective on San Francisco.

We staged a photo session with your executive team wearing SOL Republic headphones, crafted a
one-of-a-kind illustrated greeting card and nestled it all into a tailored box for a truly customized gift.
The couple was “blown away by your kindness” and you made them feel “like part of the family.”

16. Conversations with you led us to explore ways that AUVIO packaging could build a better connection
with trend-driven customers. Our package designs elevate the brand by centering on photography
that showcases the product, an approachable voice that leads with customer benefits, and a fresh
color palette that’s consistent with the new RadioShack image.

17. RadioShack was seeking ways to boost sales and help establish onsite “kiosks” in hotels, convenience
stores and other retail outlets. The Director of Commercial Sales wanted a collateral piece that would
highlight the benefits of a partnership and the features of RadioShack’s private brand labels. Exceeding
his expectations of a sales sheet, we produced a multi-page booklet featuring custom photography,
storytelling and design.

the connector on the battery-powered inverter. Tuck the
inverterpackinatyourwaistwiththebuilt-inclip.
