4. Option 2: Co-development – How we and you proceed
• Two engineers from Gembani will collaborate
with two in-house engineers. (650 euros a day
each)
• A senior engineer from Gembani will supervise the project
by coming in two days a month to provide managerial and
technical coaching. (1300 euros a day)

5. Option 2: Co-development (continued) – Nurturing developers
• Gembani developers work 4/5ths of the
work week. The fifth day is reserved for
Gembani in-house Training
• The developers from your staff we select
can join us that fifth day free of charge.

6. Option 2: Co-development (continued) – Kick off!
• 1 day with a Gembani senior engineer for the employees you select

• Meeting with business stakeholders to define the first
piece of functionality we will work on together
• Gathering as much context as possible (looking at code,
meeting people etc….)

7. Option 2: Co-development – Cost
• [(650 euros * 16 days a month) x 2 developers] + (1300 euros x 2 days a month, for the senior engineer)
• = 20800 + 2600 = 23400 Euros HT / month

• Plus Kick off day 1300 euros prior to first month
Grand total per month of 23400 HT
• If you hire a Gembani engineer during the first 90 days after
kick off, you will pay Gembani 25 % of his salary
• If you hire later than 90 days after kick off, you cost reduces
by 5% each 30 days

• We find a theme close to your scope
• Earliest possible implementation @ ecole42 is early may
• 3 days of competition
• COST around 15K (at ecole42)
