3.1 Take responsibilityforthe discharge of the Brigade’sfire safetyenforcementduties,primarilyin
respectof the RegulatoryReform(Fire Safety) Order2005 (RRO) withindesignatedworkload.
3.2 Carry out fire safetyinspections/re-inspectionsandauditsof premisestoassesstheirrisksand
the adequacyof theirfire precautionaryarrangements.
3.3 Discusswithand provide advice toresponsiblepersonsof premisesonthe above RROand agree
the stepsnecessarytoachieve compliance withthe legislation.
3.4 Consultwithotherenforcingauthoritiesinrespectof fire safetyprovisionswithinpremises.

4.1 Accuratelyrecordall workactivitiesinwhateverformatis required.Keeprecordsuptodate.
4.2 Produce writtenreports,briefs,emailsandcorrespondence asrequiredandina timelymanner.
