  3. Introduction to Email list rental Companies who engage themselves in bulk, direct or mass emailing campaigns generally rely on email list rentals. You can acquire the required number of email addresses from agencies or brokerage services to run such email campaigns.
  4. Cost and timeframe The main cost in such campaigns is purchasing email addresses. A minimum of 5000 email addresses are needed to run a successful campaign. You should allow a few days for response to follow. Usually a 2% or better response rate is considered a successful campaign.
  5. Action plan You should have a strong plan in place and should have done all the required analysis. You must pick email addresses as per the required location and demographics. Avoid mailing on weekends or holidays as people may not receive your message. Once you have your list in hand, testing should be done on your email against spam filters. Remember to employ a bulk email sender to send hundreds and thousands of emails at one go.
  6. Tips and tactics You should be sure that your emails are well written and clear as well as spam free. If you are planning on renting an email list, be sure that you do so from a respected and reliable service. Adding links to your emails is a must. In addition to using rented lists, you should always be looking for ways to create and compiling your own lists.
  7. Additional consideration Employing an email monitor, can help you know how many of the messages get through the spam filters. Knowing this can help you avoid wasting emails, and sending them to junk folders.
