Prerequisites :
• Few minutes of focus and commitment
• Any Salesforce org
• Salesforce basics
• Well understanding with code.
• Knowledge of API (Rest Callouts)
• Knowledge of Data set and modelling

USER INTENT
• Einstein Intent used to
identify the intent of user
• Identify if user has existing
open session open or not,
use Intent prediction.
• If yes, bypass Intent
identification
• If new session, execute
respective apex class (skill)
and provide response.
• If response need another
input, open a session
• If need to find the intent of
input of a response, use
another intent prediction with
different data model.
