that are easier to achieve. By creating this roadmap, you should have a clearer
sense of what your destination is and how to get there.

A big vision should be accompanied by the perseverance you'll need
to keep moving forward. If you follow Game of Thrones, you might
remember a brilliant statement from a recent episode where Stannis
Baratheon was told it was foolish to initiate a battle in the winter.
"We march to victory or we march to defeat, but we continue
forward, just onward," he said in response.
On your entrepreneurial journey, there are times when you must

Consider yourself lucky if you have a skill set or are naturally
talented at something. Avoid attempting to be everything to all
people in your business. Focus on your strengths as fast and
frequently as you can, and hire others to perform the things you
can't do or get into contracts with firms to do them for you. Avoid
being a master of none and a jack of all trades.
5.Do not reinvent the wheel.
What existing business models, software applications, and other
company procedures in your sector and industry can you copy
rather than reinvent? When you can easily buy and install one, you
may save a lot of time and money by not wasting it attempting to set
up systems. I always run as leanly as I can while considering my
burn rate. However, there are occasions when it is wiser to spend
money on reliable solutions rather than wasting time and making
mistakes trying to construct your own.
6. Avoid exhaustion.
Your health is actually the most crucial aspect of your life, and this
isn't just trite advice. You are finished when your body gives out.
Your heart isn't very interested in how successful your business is,
and neither is your circulatory system, so you get the idea.
Personally, I make an effort to eat wholesome meals, get enough
rest, and spend as much time as I can each day with my wife and
children making each other laugh.
If you put your physical and emotional health on the altar of your
business, you'll burn out. So, look after yourself.
7. Use all available leverage.

Life hacks could appear to be nothing more than
internet viral bait, yet they can provide a valuable little
lesson in leverage. In every area of your life, using
leverage to your advantage can help you advance more
quickly. Utilize outsourcing to simplify work and free up
time for crucial phone conversations. Use downtime
while waiting anyplace (at the doctor's office, your
child's school, the waiting room at the mechanic, or for a
flight) to accomplish tasks.

You're not living if you can't laugh at yourself. The
other night, as I was about to fall asleep, I remembered
something amusing that had happened earlier in the
