My experience is rooted in the sales process; dealing with customer needs and working hard to understand them being able to translate that needs to technical guys has shifted my attention to the way to bring quality in the processes of my customers and, of course, to the company processes tout court. This made me strongly understand how quality is a key to promote the business and now i am focused on the tools able to give to the companies in the italian market the quality they deserve and that they need to work successfully worlwide. My goal is to shift the quality issues in a main competitive advantage and a business for my customer and for my company.
