- Companies total spend can broken into three categories – 10% relates to Travel & Expense Costs, 35% relates to Payroll and 55% relates to AP/Vendor Invoicing. Everyone on the phone today has automated T&E spend through Concur, most of you have automated through a payroll service like ADP, however what we’re finding is this largest category of spend remains manual for business today. - One interface – you’re familiar with, already trained AP staff on these controls – not separate logon or look and feel Very competitive – you can do this because Business logic together Yes we do OCR – but we also have rules that populate invoice) And then finally we can auto route (rules that drive efficiency and accuracy) Same UX and functions as Payment Request screen Basic fields pre-populated via OCR Flexible form (custom and routing fields) VERIFICATION TAB – modeled after payment request screen Side by side view (invoice image, and data fields) All the same layout and function Data is populated based on OCR technology Standard Header and Line Item fields will be populated by OCR (underlying provider is Brainware) Any field standard or custom can be added to the screen based on client need, however OCR will only populate the standard fields you’ve been used to with current Intelligent Capture (will review)
