however the total
equaled last year.
8. My View of the Market
After a sluggish August, there has been a strong
surge of activity in September and October so far.
Low inventory continues to be an issue. Potential
sellers are wondering where they would move to.
There was more negotiation off of list price in August
then in July. Fewer multiple offers.
