10. My View of the Market
 October 2011 was a strong month: up 16% from last year.
Year to date sales are still down but just by 5%. We have
a good chance to equal or eclipse 2010 sales.
 Sellers withdrew many homes from the market in
October. Inventory dropped 16% during the month.
 The under contract percentage of homes on the market
continues to remain solid at just under 20%.
