 Sales are up 25% compared to last year.
 The inventory remains low compared to the activity.
 This years market is following the traditional sales
patterns but we are up in almost all measures compared
to the last few years.
 Interest rates remain low and the overall economy
continues to improve. The market should continue to
perform well.
