him methodical expertise of commodity trading with experience of 16 years from his forefathers and is

founder member and has proven his proficiency from regional market to International market. He has
now stepped into involving in various international summits and conferences as appearance face of
Indian commodities. Recently he has awarded for “Excellence in Export of Ground Kernels” from Indian
Oilseeds and Produce Export Promotion Council (Under Ministry of Commerce, Government of India)
Mr. Rakesh directs and control the company’s operations and gives strategic guidance and direction to
the Board to ensure that the company achieves its mission and objectives.
Arpit Dhoot, Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director
Mr. Arpit Dhoot is the Chief Executive Officer and one of the founder members of UCML. Mr. Arpit brings
an idea to harness development. He develops understanding and forecasting customer’s requirement,
customized product development, identifying and investing in next generation requirement .
Mr. Arpit brings more than a decade of experience in the automobile (distributions & dealerships of
multiple segments) and inventory management. As an astute senior, his expert span areas are credit, risk
and liability management. Mr. Arpit has held strategic alternatives, capital structure and liquidity. Mr.
Arpit is responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing company’s long &
