REMARKS
WHITE CLOUD (formerly New Horizon L) is a 67.30m (220.80ft) superyacht, custom
built in 1983 by Feadship (Van Lent) in Kaag, the Netherlands. She was built for
Dutch millionaire Bram van Leeuwen, also known as Prince de Lignac.
The yacht was Bram van Leeuwen’s fulltime residence. After his death she was
purchased by her current owner, who sent her for a refit in 2004 to Peters Schiffbau
in Germany. She was lengthened and had a new deckhouse added. The interior was
re-decorated with the Studio of Terence Disdale Design, a large jetted spa was added
on the aft deck, and Zero Speed stabilizers were also added. This extensive refit
ended in July 2005.
In 2010, WHITE CLOUD underwent the 25-year marine survey to maintain her in
Lloyd's Classification. Her engine control, machinery and monitoring systems were
then upgraded and the exterior was completely refinished.

NARA
When NARA was launched in 1979 she was the 2nd largest Feadship ever
built. Yachts have grown substantially in the years since then, but she still
remains an impressive large yacht with good volume and timeless design by
De Voogt. She also benefits from being in the same ownership for 30yrs+
and having never been chartered.
NARA has been maintained to the highest standard, with no expense spared
in her upkeep. She is both mechanically and cosmetically in mint condition
and has been constantly upgraded (Lloyds Register 100A1). With more guest
cabins than is the norm for a 60m yacht, she should be an attractive
proposition for a buyer looking for a classically styled motor yacht offering
generous accommodation. Originally built with a 10 cabin layout, there is no
significant expense should a new owner wish to revert to the original layout.

Overview
68. GALLANT LADY is the eighth Feadship built for her owner. Being the first Feadship launched
under the Royal DeVries designation as well as the first Feadship built with an interior
utilizing lightweight aircraft technology to ensure her shallow draft, this yacht represents
aesthetic and technical achievements second to none. GALLANT LADY is an eco-friendly
yacht incorporating advanced innovations including the environmentally safe Rochem bio-
reactive waste sewage treatment plant. Her owner is a founding member of the Seakeeper’s
Society and the GALLANT LADY was built to reflect their longstanding commitment to the
ocean environment.
Designed by her owner, the GALLANT LADY’s signature vertical windows, stacked decks and
raked bow are accented with the debut of a three dimensional wave-like scrollwork and “F”
signature on the bow. A recurring “X” theme can be found throughout the yacht and
appears in design details as fine as the air conditioning vents or as grand as her polished
stainless steel pillars.
Unique to a yacht of her size and quality, the shallow draft greatly increases her cruising
capabilities.
The rich interior influenced by Eighteenth and Nineteenth century French and Italian
antiques showcases beautiful woods ranging from black walnut, sycamore, eucalyptus and
myrtle burl. Stunning glasswork artfully combined with seventeen granites and marbles
create the feel of romantic elegance. Custom-made Edward Fields carpets and silk panels
accentuate luxurious textures throughout the yacht.
Accommodations
The GALLANT LADY accommodates ten guests in five staterooms.
Main Deck
The MAIN SALON defines classic elegance. A palette of black walnut, myrtle burl and
eucalyptus complement rich fabrics and classic-styled furniture. The two handmade Italian
coffee tables took more than four months to complete and each of these one-of-a-kind
pieces contain many of the seventeen precious stones utilized throughout the yacht. Day or
night the eight large windows create a spacious ambiance.
Moving forward to the MAIN FOYER there is a spectacular four-person circular elevator
comprised of a monolithic pane of glass framed in polished stainless. Beautiful marble inlays
custom cut in Holland were used to create a Koi pond motif on the elevator floor. The
elevator itself required more than a year to complete.
Starboard of the elevator is a dramatic floating-spiral staircase spanning two decks and
taking full advantage of the GALLANT LADY’s vertical windows.
Forward of the elevator are two identical DAYHEADS featuring Blue Siena and Rosso Verona
marbles accented with beautiful silk panels.
Continuing forward, seven raised steps lead to a DINING SALON offering spectacular
panoramic views. An opulent round myrtle burl table easily extends to accommodate up to
fourteen guests. Azul Aran granite window sills complement myrtle burl and black walnut
cabinetry. Custom built floor-to-ceiling cabinets conceal a full complement of Pickard china,
Waterford crystal and Christofle cutlery. A custom made and beautifully inlayed Edward
Fields carpet adorns the floor.
69. Of special interest beneath the Dining Salon is one of Feadship’s most significant
technological achievements. Concealed therein is a state-of-the-art ducted air conditioning
system once reserved for the abundant space of deep full-displacement hull. A massive
central air conditioning plant remains hidden under the semi-raised floor with large ducts
incorporated into the ship’s structure. While previous designs would incorporate chilled-
water air handlers in perimeter cabinetry, this innovative design permits the induction of
cooled air through a decorative grill spanning the entire length of wall with warm-air returns
discreetly concealed in the Dining Salon’s tray ceiling. This breakthrough design permitted
window lines to be lowered significantly with an equally dramatic increase in spaciousness
and view.
The GALLEY is conveniently located aft of the Dining Salon. Along with the spacious DINING
SALON PANTRY and MAIN SALON PANTRY, these areas provide a streamlined approach for
service to guests in either the Dining Salon or aft Main Salon. There are professional quality
refrigerators and freezers, ample prep areas, and storage for crew to have a proper work
environment. The pantries have granite and marbles throughout, along with beautiful
woodwork creating a feeling of elegance.
The AFT MAIN DECK serves as the GALLANT LADY’s primary al fresco dining area with
comfortable table seating for ten guests. A settee, small table and two chairs provide
additional seating. Staircases on port and starboard provide direct access to the
RECREATION PLATFORM and Lazarette.
OWNER’s DECK (second deck amidship aft): For the utmost in privacy, the OWNER’s FOYER
has two sets of double doors.
The full-beam OWNER’s STATEROOM is bright, radiant and the epitome of luxurious
comfort. Fluted columns and curvaceous floor-to-ceiling doors generate a classic ambiance
with giant windows bathing a king-size bed in natural light. The Owner’s Stateroom is a
spectacular private space.
The massive interior volume of GALLANT LADY is showcased in the OWNER’s BATHROOM
area. These 125 square meters (408 square feet) of space are dedicated to his and her
toilets, bidets, dressing areas and wardrobes. A walk-in shower and solarium with pantry
complete the space. Designed to create a warm and mellow ambiance, Sunshine marble
with accents and inlays of Afyon and Blue Siena are used. The etched shower doors and
walls have an “Orioles in Oleander” theme which was custom designed for the area. Variable
controls allow the illumination of glass art to be adjusted for color and brightness.
An even finer vista is provided from the Owner’s private shaded AFT DECK area, which
incorporates a spa pool and dining area.
Instead of the wheelhouse above the Dining Salon, GALLANT LADY has an intriguing CLUB
LOUNGE forward, which together with the Owner’s Stateroom aft creates a true OWNER’s
DECK. Large windows, a high-back blue leather settee and a gentleman’s bar provide an
ideal retreat to relax and admire the view. A central table with concealed television
transforms the area into a perfect retreat for breakfast or a game of chess.
The OWNER’s DECK PANTRY and CAPTAIN’s CABIN are just portside and aft of the Club
Lounge area. The Captain’s Cabin and bathroom are fitted with White Calcutta marble with
Verde Giada accents. The cabin includes a desk, ensuite shower, remote engine room alarm
70. panel and B & G HS-2000 weather monitoring system.
Bridge Deck
With an elevated settee, the Wheelhouse is spacious enough to accommodate guests
observing the running of the yacht. The bridge includes two Recaro Captain’s chairs and a
world class complement of navigational and electronic equipment.
Aft is the SHIP’s OFFICE containing ample work space.
The SUN DECK holds a 20’ Nautica tender as well as cantilevered wing platforms to port and
starboard. This deck area also doubles as a spacious guest area for sunbathing or viewing
the stars.
Flybridge/Crow's Nest
Located atop the Wheelhouse, this semi-enclosed flybridge has an ingenious window
arrangement which can be adapted to any wind condition. There is port and starboard
access to spacious observation wings which can be utilized by the Captain for enhanced
visibility while maneuvering.
Lower Deck
Guests are treated royally onboard GALLANT LADY, with a fabulous GUEST FOYER on the
lower deck opening into the four spacious GUEST STATEROOMS. Her two queen and two
twin guest staterooms are appointed with rich fabrics, handsome cabinetry crafted with
three exotic woods and beautiful Giallo Reale, Emparador and White Callacatta marbles.
Entertainment electronics are artfully concealed, and the bathrooms are of unprecedented
size for any yacht. The bathrooms include custom-etched glasswork shower doors in
“Humming Birds in Tulip Tree” and “Macaws & Shefelera” designs.
In addition to the Captain’s Cabin aft of the Club Lounge, there is berthing for ten crew
members in five twin CREW CABINS forward of the engine room. Each cabin is outfitted with
a full head, shower, sycamore cabinetry, light green Corian countertops and individual drop-
down DVD players with headsets for each bunk. The area contains a spacious CREW
LOUNGE with L-shaped settee.
The LAUNDRY area is well designed with two sets of washers and dryers and ample counter
workspace.
The technically advanced ENGINE ROOM is located at the center of the lower deck. This
well- designed multi-level space is exceptionally well-lit, fully air conditioned and visible to
the air conditioned CONTROL ROOM which is adjacent starboard and forward.

The knowledgeable owner called on interior designer Patrick Knowles to create a traditional
“Gentleman’s yacht.” This was achieved with the use of light teak paneling, coffered
overheads, gold plated hardware, and original artwork throughout. She also has the added
benefit of being rebuilt by the same pedigree shipyard that was responsible for her original build,
Feadship De Vries, and the quality of craftsmanship is evident throughout.

The vessel was dry-docked in March 2011 for Lloyds tailshaft and annual
survey and for a survey of the underwater hull by an independent surveyor.
The port shaft was removed completely and a new rear shaft section was
fitted. Both thrust bearings were fitted with new bearing races and the aft
shaft bearing clearance was taken on the starboard shaft. Everything got the
full Lloyds approval.

Overview
Welcome to M/Y Audacia, a stunning creation from Feadship's Van Lent yard that has recently completed
an extensive exterior refit at Pendennis which complimented her interior refit. Building on her impeccable
Feadship quality, the interior was completely re-designed by Joanne de Guardiola and lauded in such
publications as Architectural Digest. The result is a gorgeous blend of timeless, understated elegance
with a contemporary flair that immerses you in classic luxury. The quality of the interior refit is undeniable.
Every internal space has benefitted from a meticulous attention to detail and the use of only the finest
materials, textiles, carpets, marbles and leather. Each bathroom has been lovingly renovated with all new
marbles, fixtures and fittings, each created around the central nautical theme and palette.
Following the same principles of ‘form and function’, Audacia's exterior lines were modernized with a
gorgeous Euro style transom with Port and Starboard staircases curving to the swim platform, increasing
her overall length by 2 meters. Not forgetting functionality, many of her internal systems were replaced or
upgraded including all new A/C, a retractable crane on the bow, underwater lights and the all-important
89. Quantum zero-speed stabilizers. Maintained in class, Audacia has recently completed her 5 year Lloyds
survey and is ready to cruise.
One of the few six stateroom yachts in her class with an enviable charter history, Audacia represents an
exceptional opportunity for the discerning buyer to discover the timeless quality that can only be Feadship
without the time and effort of undergoing an extensive refit.

Accommodations
Five double staterooms all with en-suites for Owner and Guests. Five double crew cabins
each with en-suite head and separate Captain’s Cabin behind bridge.
Interior design by John Munford, executed in a modern way, with extensive use of
contrasting combinations of Madrona burr and Anigre woods. The lively, light, bright interior
is complemented by graceful and fun fabrics. An art deco motif is often apparent, yet the
interior is a striking example of a classic Feadship interior for the 21st
Century.
MAIN DECK
Dual windlasses and boson’s store forward.
The master stateroom is full width on deck forward with a delightful bathroom forward of
the stateroom. There is a raised central Jacuzzi tub forward with opening skylight above.
Toilet and bidet in a separate room to port, and large steam shower to starboard.
Down two steps to the vanity area on the centerline with his and her sinks.
Extensive closet storage on both sides of the stateroom. There is a desk on the starboard
side, a 3 place couch aft, and extensive vanity areas to port. The entertainment center is
forward and a king sized berth on the centerline aft.
Further aft on the starboard side of the main deck is a family breakfast room looking out
through large windows to the water. A versatile room, it could also be used as an office, or
a private cocktail bar for the Owner as it has a mini fridge. A day bathroom is forward in
the magnificent foyer which has a spiral staircase up.
The main deck galley is to port, with central island and large serving pantry aft. A central
crew corridor on the centerline passes the galley inboard, accessing the crew quarters below
and the bridge above. This feature enables huge windows in the galley, a chef’s dream! A
dumb waiter services the pantry in the sky lounge above.
The dining salon is forward in the main salon and open to it. An oval table for 10 has
chairs surrounding and outboard china cabinets, under the deep windows.
The light and airy main salon with lots of windows has couches both sides with easy chairs
95. around coffee tables, a desk in the aft starboard corner, and central foyer/staircase to the
lower deck guest accommodations. Glass doors are either side of the foyer/vestibule and
access out to the open, covered aft deck, which has seating around tables, either side of
the wide shallow staircase down to the swim platform and dive lazarette.
LOWER DECK
Crew accommodations in five staterooms, all with en suite baths, for 10 crew, plus
Captain behind the bridge. Four upper and lower twin bunk cabins forward all with
bathrooms. Engineer’s cabin aft to port with en suite bathroom and work desk.
The crew mess is spacious and located aft of the cabins to starboard, with laundry aft,
and walk in refrigerators and freezers opposite. Below deck is extensive wine, spare parts,
and dry storage area.
The guest accommodations are located aft of the engineer’s control room and central
engine room. They are panelled as the rest of the yacht in Madrona burr and Anigre with
fabric inserts.
This generously laid out area has two queen bed staterooms forward, each with en-suite
bathroom with shower and tub forward, which isolates them from engine room noise.
Audio-visual equipment and individual air-conditioning controls and safe complete each
guest stateroom.
Further aft are two additional guest suites, each with twin berths, audio-visual
equipment, and en-suite bathrooms with showers.
This lower deck guest area is accessed from the central staircase exiting at the aft end of
the main salon.
UPPER DECK
Forward walk-around ahead of the wheelhouse, with crew walkway over the top to the
foredeck. Wheelhouse beautifully arranged with chart table in aft port corner under
electrical panels, 3-place settee on the centerline, and office area aft to starboard.
Captain’s cabin with centerline queen berth, desk and work area, and en-suite bathroom
with stall shower.
An interesting and attractive feature of NOA VII is the large 6.5 meter tender storage bay
aft of the wheelhouse on the port side. This feature keeps all the owners deck areas free of
unsightly tenders.
A central staircase from the main deck enters the beautiful sky lounge which has many
large deep windows either side. There is a separate pantry forward to port. There is a three
seat free standing bar to the port side and easy chairs around a coffee table further aft. To
starboard is a long couch and easy chairs around another coffee table. There are display
cabinets in each aft corner and large glass doors, complimenting the bright, spacious feel,
out to the dining deck.
96. There is a teak dining table, inlaid with Corian and stainless steel, suitable for 12 persons to
dine outside. This table is properly covered by the sun deck overhead so as to be protected
from the sun and rain. Wing doors protect this dining deck from wind.
Additional teak furniture is aft for lounging. There is access down to the main deck on the
port side.
SUN DECK
Four person reclining sun pad forward to port side. Further aft to port a raised lounging
area in the shade, under a composite hardtop. This area has a radar arch over, and a BBQ
and bar. A large Jacuzzi is further aft on the centerline, and an inflatable RIB with separate
davit is all the way aft. Staircase down to the aft bridge deck dining area.
