JOB DESCRIPTION
Achievement, regulation of purchases, inventory and all branch parts requirements; Implementing
parts process in parts department and demand planning by segmenting on movement and urgency
of parts by maintaining right level of inventory, responsibilities; stocking of parts for regular
service requirement and requirement of branches across Dubai , related to spare parts for Hyundai,
Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Rang rover based on requirement and consumption,
monitoring of parts, oil; and paint material consumption pattern and to maintain right level of
inventory; Identifying of logistic service and providing timely supply of parts to branches based on
urgency of requirement, monitoring and updating of mis; training and mentoring of internal and
external Dubai staff; reporting to the national parts head and inturn to managing director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
 Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
 Strive for harmony and teamwork with all other departments.
 Work with the Service Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal
jobs.
 Prepare and administer an annual operating
 Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the parts department.
 Attend managers' meetings.
 Direct and schedule the activities of all parts department employees.
 Provide technical assistance to parts department employees.
 Conduct meetings with parts department employees to discuss activities and problems of
mutual interest and to develop strategies for a more efficient operation.
 Develop, enforce and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum
customer satisfaction.
 Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.
 Establish and enforce a pricing policy that balances volume, customer loyalty, and the cost
of doing business.
 Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence.
 Procurement of spare parts and tyres from different vendors as follows:
 Mercedes Benz, BMW, Toyota, Honda, Man, Isuzu, JCB, Tata, Mitsubishi, GMC, Suzuki,
Rang rover, Nissan, Mazda, Hyundai, Michelin, Yokohama, Apollo, Ceat, Dunlop, MRF,
Hankook, Kumho, BKT, Bridgestone.
 Ensure Stock availability in Branches.
 MIS on Sales activity
 Independent handling of Export Market.
 Flexible and able to finish the given job within incredible time span.
