Vendor Development & Management- Developing overall strategy for Khazana –
Evaluating existing vendors cost competitiveness, delivery performance, Quality &
additional support as per business requirements.
Vendor planning – Ensure adequate availability of vendor according to requirement for all
product categories as per annual financial plan and budgets. Introducing & evaluating new
vendors and vendor’s registration process.
Merchandise Planning Strategy – To ensure adequate availability of product & Category
strategy, width and Depth of assortment require under different categories are fulfilled at the
store level.
Creating control & refine product level assortment at each showroom as to maximize sales

Position: Manager- Sourcing, Vendor Development and Management
Managing 50+ vendor base (across all the category) for Merchandise portfolio and monitoring against
their service level agreement.
Responsible for creating the Merchandise assortment plan, based on product category, classification
and price band, which is analyzed periodically to understand the gaps in existing portfolio and
developing guidelines for new vendor empanelment.
Head of Master data management activities.
Core team member for Design Selection Meet and facilitate to create Merchandise Portfolio with
differentiated, Regional based and existing portfolio gap.
Evaluation and rating the vendors by considering various parameters,and prioritize and scheduling of

specifications for new designs in Watches and VM, to design owner, designer, vendors and sourcing

Incharge in submitting preliminary drawings and plans to vendors/design owners, for appropriate
approvals and incorporate approved changes into final plans and drawings and to keep Design owner
informed of design development progress.
Support in indentifying and technically evaluating vendors, Documentation of process, best
practices,drawings, design specifications, etc.

Involved in Standardization and Process modification and lead time reduction on new product,
