heut le ureueng jame nyang teuka u Aceh mengat jeut mangat
meungon, peubuet-buet menancit doeng ie Aceh.
Alhamdulillah jinoe siat kana dile bacut (teubit phon 295
boh basa). Jaroe diateuh ule keu soe-soe nyan ka roh lam beut
nyoe. Pat-pat nyan patot unteuk tareuka kelayi. Saleum lon keu
droeneuh mandum nayang tem cok buhu nyoe. Lon preh narit
droeneuh nyang mangat sampoe teubit ukeu InsyAllah leubeh
get lom.

FOREWORDS
In the name of Allah I write and create a book entitled
“Piyoh-Piyoh-Piyoh” – welcome to Aceh language.
The book that contains Acehnese glossaries is created to
fulfill the expectation of visitors to Aceh, in order to case them
in establishing harmonious communication, doing business and
living in Aceh. The idea of creating this book inspirited since
Aceh got international concern and was visited by many people
from all over the word in 2004 when the worst tsunami hit Aceh.
Thanks to Allah for the first edition of 295 Acehnese
glossaries.
An debt to individuals who have shared their valuable
idea and time for finishing this work. The writer wants comment
and suggestion from the readers for the betterment of next
edition. May Allah, Amin.
