Category Management is responsible for the financial health of the shopping
funnel across all platforms to influence and improve customer experiences,
increase engagement and drive Digital conversion on HSN.com
They partner with Merchants, Marketing, Creative and Digital Production teams
to create and manage our customer’s digital shopping experience
They are Ecommerce subject matter experts who analyze customer behavior
and sales to develop business initiatives across all Digital platforms –
HSN.com desktop, mobile website, mobile app, tablet app
