The two-hundred and forty hours of total experience I gained at Highfields, Inc. through my
internship program involved various duties associated with a residential counselor to juvenile
offenders convicted of felonious crime through implementation of the EQUIP cognitive-
behavioral treatment program, as well as, the implementation of individually based treatment,
rehabilitation, and re-integration plans developed by a personal therapist or social worker within
the residential facility located in Onondaga, Michigan.
