7. Target Audience
Young Australians aged 18 - 25
● University students
● Year 12 students
● Young people in jail or juvenile detention
● Youth at risk
● Young people in regional areas where youth unemployment rates are high
(eg Cairns 20%)
● Indigenous young people taking part in leadership programs
● Young refugees
8. Cost Model
$100/student - subsidised by appropriate
partner organisations to make it free for the
students. Eg;
● Government
● Non-profits
● Philanthropists
● Private companies
9. Benefits to Young People & Society
● Young people learn skills that make them
more employable and more valuable to
employers.
● Young people are empowered with
enterprise skills to start their own business
and create new jobs.
10. What do we need?
● $1000 to run a pilot for 10 young people.
This pilot will determine the effectiveness in
delivering outcomes and the viability in scaling
the reach of the program.
