Responsible for handling high volume of calls for largest customer database for Culligan international. Played a
key role in maintaining service schedule for the largest office in Culligan international.
Scheduled and maintained installation schedule of new customers database including residential and
commercial clients
Assisted with training and development of new employees
Cross trained in billing collection to provide backfill assistance as required
Cross trained in all facets of the administrative aspects of the business
Responsible for processing of all orders, creating new customer accounts
Sales Administrator/ CSR

Set and maintain daily schedule for Household Sales Representatives and Sales Manager
Work directly with local venues to schedule shows and events
Manage co-op funds and marketing spend
Work directly with SM & GM on required compliance schedule
Develop marketing collateral and target demographics for specific marketing
Work directly with Chamber of Commerce to schedule regular meetings, events and chamber functions
Ensure each HSR know specifically what marketing collateral was used and when specific mailings hit
Manage and coordinate all lead flow and distribution on BAM
Oversee overall lead performance, ie. Closing percentage, revenue per order, revenue per lead and
appointment
Develop venue marketing locations for HSR's
Coordinate and oversee all sales meeting agenda
Ensure inventory of all paperwork, brochures and equipment
Oversee entire process new orders from written to installation
Work closely with administrative staff to provide cross training to handle sales inquiries
Take all incoming calls with regards to sales, marketing, events, print and media advertising
Able to identify training opportunity based on run rates and forecast
