Manage and supervise the store transactions and provide logistics and material support
services for various maintenance units and services under the central regional office that
requires review and technical decisions which help to produce good results.
MainDuties and Responsibilities
Provide logistics services to various maintenance units and services in related to their material
requirements and management & supervision of various store transactions and process &
control.
Handle store management, material reception and its process & controls, material handling and
storage control and providing guidance to all store personnel to perform their respective work
instructions. (e.g. Material receiving, issuance, item coding, pricing, data entry, annual physical
stocktaking, stocks storage and replenishment, slow and non moving stock items, inventory
adjustment, safety and security).
Implement company policies regarding sore management and action for improvement supported
by auditing (E.g. ISO, KPI, QMS, ERP, and other related policies).
Assist the Logistics Service Manager on logistical and materials control operations and
procurement transactions.
Manage warehouse costing, budgeting and forecasting
Responsible for the daily managing of staff and the assigning of duties.
Developing, researching and implementing marketing for dead stock strategies
Interview prospective employees and train new staff members
Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock takes
Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports
Approve the internal requisition through ORACEL system
Inspect the receives Materials from purchasing department and coordinate with the requester for
any alternative
Make sure to follow first in first out for any items with expiration date
follow the chemical safety policy for storage chemical and hazardous items
Handling the stock replenishment by monitoring the minimum and maximum generated by
ORACEL
Coordinate with internal & external auditors during their audit and end of year inventory
A meeting with the store keepers and officers to explain any changes or update on the Quality
Management System (QMS) to be ready for external audit to renew certificate ISO9001
