8. GENERAL GUIDELINES:
1. Journey beyond 100 km (one way) will be reimbursed on actual
on producing the ticket. ABM will be entitled to travel and claim
the fare of 3rd AC by train or AC Volvo bus.
2. In case of non-submission of tickets, journal fare for sleeper
class train fare will be approved.
3. On the last day of out station working ,all check outs to be
done in the morning itself and for this, you can claim ex station
allowance.
4. If you are travelling to outstation and coming back on the same
day you need to
charge To and fro and ex station allowance only . Here the
out station allowance can’t be claimed as the journey is getting
completed on the same day (within 24 hours duration)
9. 5. All allowances will be paid for field work days,
business meeting and briefings only; no
allowances shall be paid for administrative work.
6. No administrative day is allowed unless it is
approved by VP.
7. No transit day OR day travelling will be allowed.
8. During transit ( more than 24 hrs. only) , ex
station allowance to be charged.
