I am a tenacious, proactive graduate who has recently completed their BA Marketing and Advertising Management degree. Working in different areas of retail for number of years, I was able to work with event planners, improve my customer service and gain insight in consumer/customer behaviour in such issues as buying products/services. I am therefore hoping to use my substantial skills and experiences to work within marketing communications i.e. public relations and branding.
