• ACE Associate – Earned within 7 months of starting at UTRC.
• Received internal Great Job Awards for editing a 500+ page report for NASA worked on by several
authors, Sikorsky and NASA administrative support, Outstanding EH&S Support, and support of
UTRC American Red Cross Blood Drives.
• Designed Checklist for Onboarding of New Employees within TFS to supplement Standard Work.
• Proactively sought training and became Webmaster of internal department website viewed by
approximately 1,500 people countrywide per month at The Hartford. This included soliciting articles,
writing and editing articles, uploading the information using the appropriate software and servers.
• Reviewed utilization reports for Rewards Recognition program. Follow-ups resulted in utilization rates
