8. Proper alignment of body segments
1- Foot flat or slightly elevated to 10 degrees
2- Knees should be alligned at 90 degrees
3- Thighs parallel to floor
4- Towel roll behind lower back to maintain the curvature
5- Shoulders in alignment with ear lobes,
6- Elbows should be maintained at 90-110 degrees
7-Eye level- should be at the top line of screen
8-Wrist – padding in front of the keyboard to rest the wrist.
9- The difference between the chair height and table height should be atleast 10 to 15 inches .
