3. Ingredients:
½ jar of blackcurrant’s jam
2 glasses of flour (one glass = 200ml)
1 glass of sugar
½ glass of oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1teaspoon of soda
1 teaspoon of cocoa
Nuts
Raisins
1 bar of chocolate
5. Step 1: Preheat an oven to 180°C. Brush a
baking tray with melted butter to lightly grease
and sprinkle it with flour
Step 2: Mix all the ingredients together in a
big bowl and stir as long as it is perfectly
smooth.
(it needs to be creamed mixture)
8. Step 4: Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, until brown (a knife inserted
in the center comes out clean.) Remove from the oven. Transfer to a rack to
cool.
9. Step 5: Pour with melted chocolate and sprinkle with ground nuts or raisins
(or something else as you wish)
