 Project Abstract: Corventis was a startup company that intends to develop a Remote
Patient Management platform which is intended to have a suite of services to allow
patients vital data collection from various sources, storing and analysis of vital signs,
reporting and alert notification capability. Reports and Alert notification features of this
platform would facilitate physicians to provide required remote monitoring in a timely
manner. Customer‟s idea is to make this platform a suite of services to monitor patients
for various diseases and conditions (for eg. Heart Failure, Diabetic, Pregnancy etc) and
provide this as services to physicians at hospitals, clinics. It has plans to facilitate in
house monitoring, in hospital monitoring and ambulatory care.
 Role:
1. Managed a 30 people large Fixed Price Development project ($1Million) for a
duration of 7 months in Agile methodology (Feature Driven Development) involving
multiple iterations.
2. Adhered to Quality and Regulatory aspects of the project so as to ensure ISO 13485
Certification, 510K and FDA submissions of the product.
3. Was involved in Collection, Analysis and Reporting data for calculation of Metrics with
ECube as Project Management tool for monthly PDMRs.
4. Was involved in creation of LOIs/SOWs for Translation, IDTF/Re-imbursements,
Jan'09 Singapore Demos and ODC Model for Corventis.
5. Greatly increased the quality, response time and leverage through re-
use(WebSecure), static code analysis(WiproStyle, Engineering Metrics-Metrics 1.3.6),
unit testing (JUnit), build automation (ANT & Perl), code coverage(Clover) and

 Developed a web based System Management Solution to manage Electronic

 Developed a multilayered approach, providing an out of the box solution that
is highly extensible using a Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach for

framework to implement the SOA infrastructure.

 Incorporated Zone & Bandwidth Management, VPNI, IP Peer Node configuration
and Directory Number Management features into the system.
