Project Abstract: Corventis was a startup company that intends to develop a Remote
Patient Management platform which is intended to have a suite of services to allow
patients vital data collection from various sources, storing and analysis of vital signs,
reporting and alert notification capability. Reports and Alert notification features of this
platform would facilitate physicians to provide required remote monitoring in a timely
manner. Customer‟s idea is to make this platform a suite of services to monitor patients
for various diseases and conditions (for eg. Heart Failure, Diabetic, Pregnancy etc) and
provide this as services to physicians at hospitals, clinics. It has plans to facilitate in
house monitoring, in hospital monitoring and ambulatory care.
Role:
1. Managed a 30 people large Fixed Price Development project ($1Million) for a
duration of 7 months in Agile methodology (Feature Driven Development) involving
multiple iterations.

Certification, 510K and FDA submissions of the product.
