REAL-TIME ENGAGEMENT EVALUATION
The company evaluate the employees like in a yearly, monthly or
weekly basis. But such evaluation may miss some points of the employees
because of the time gap. All things happened may not be remembered by
the employees when checked after some long period. That’s where the
Real-Time Engagement Evaluation comes in handy. This evaluation
method used to evaluate the employees when they are engaged in the
work. At the same time they work, the company will be monitoring them
to check their performance. That’s why it called Real-Time.
One of the main advantage of the Real-Time Engagement
Evaluation is that it will help to solve any issues before it gets worse.
Continuous evaluation will not only resolve problems quickly but also
showing that the company cares about the employees. The company will
get a complete evaluation report by using this method. Nobody have to
remember anything about employees after a long time because of it. This
method also helps in taking immediate feedback or any other actions. It
also helps to understand the employee’s needs.
The Real-Time Engagement Evaluation is used when there is any
major change happened in the organization. It will be beneficial to the
organization to know how well the employees are reacting to the change.
Another thing is that this method will guide the supervisor to give proper
work as per the skills of the employees. The companies who uses daily
wage workers can adopt this method to evaluate their workers and there
by identify who works better. So, the company can give work next time
for those better workers. Nowadays it is seen that the event management
companies are using this method to evaluate their workers.
