My aim is to work for an organisation dedicated to improving education and the future of children. I am a hardworking and dedicated Educator, keen to pursue a career in school administration / inspection / teachers’ development to deliver and provide pedagogical support (coaching, mentoring, change management) to schools, in the areas of teaching and curriculum interpretation/implementation, leadership and management to improve the quality of leaders and teaching in schools against defined objectives, which will result in a positive learning environment ensuring the involvement and success for all stakeholders.
