 No training for other school activities
 Being taught to use modern teaching strategies but practice traditional activities
 Instead of taking part actively student merely tolerate this activity
 Administrator are not aware of evaluating techniques
 Practice teachers are considered inferior
Judging without justification
 Students only choose desired and easy subjects
Issues in Pakistan
 Importance is not recognized
 Resources of TP are not supplied properly
 TP is based on ordinary styles
 Supervisor don’t provide proper guidance
 During evaluation all the aspects of teaching skills are not being
considered
 Modern techniques are neither supplied nor applied
 Duration of teaching practice is short
Recommendation
 Predefine targets
 Experienced concern teachers should appointed
 Make students oriented about what they are expected
 Fill the gap between theory and practice
 Provide time table, schedule, subject syllabus, resource lists etc.
 Give feedback honestly
 Instead of criticizing help students to overcome challenges in
teaching
