Photography Movement across London:
Put your photography skills to your city service and open your eyes to London’ sustainable values!
“Take London’ Pulse” is the first-of-its-kind eco-street photography project aiming to highlight your city’s emotional readiness for one of the world’s most expected events: The
London 2012 Olympics. The project is bi-annual. It will take place in 4 stages and will end prior the Olympics with a final NHS report.
We’re recruiting the 1st Team of 9 Urban Health Agents who will “scan” the city health level against a range of symptoms, such as: High blood pressure, Chronic happiness, Huge
excitement, Intense heart-beats etc. - just capture and zoom any kind of symptoms you feel are relevant to report to NHS authorities!
You’ll be offered a new Canon 750D for a 2-week trial to help you run your task and showcase the city symptoms in real-time from Mo-Sun, 3 times a day (10am, 15pm, 22pm).
You’ll be able to capture both day and night-time images using the night-vision mode and infra-red technology installed in the new Canon devices.

HOW TO ENTER?
Send us your favorite picture made on the streets of London on: londonpulse@canon.co.uk by April 31st and receive your “Urban Health Agent” badge by post!! You’ll find the details by turning the
badge’ face. We’re eager to know any of your comments related to the use of the new 750D during the entire contest period, as this will help you capture the symptoms most accurately from both

2. Terms & Conditions
1. The “Take London’s Pulse” Eco-Street Photography Movement is open to residents of the United

Kingdom. It starts on 20 May (Thursday) 10:00 am and ends on 4 June, 2010 (Friday) 22:00pm
2. Only the highest rated pictures will be featured in “London Pulse” Exhibition, displayed at the Host

Gallery in London on 7 June 2010.

3. By enrolling in our 1 team of “Urban Health Agents” you will become responsible of capturing the
city’s symptoms aimed to describe its true health estate in front of an NHS representative.
4. Your only judges will be the participating online community (photography-dedicated forums, Twitter,
and Facebook’ audience who will rate and select the pictures to be featured at the Host gallery. The NHS
representative will draw a final verdict over the city health status.
5. All physical prizes (invitations to Day & Night Movement photography course and Applied Social Media
Tools for Photographers training, offered by Canon) will be given out during the “London Pulse”
Exhibition, 7th June 2010. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
