Rawalpindi. McDonald's has been successful in Pakistan due to its affordable
menu, efficient service, and popular items such as burgers and fries.
KFC: KFC is another popular fast food chain that has been expanding across
Pakistan since the 1990s. The first KFC outlet in Pakistan opened in 1997 in
Karachi. Today, there are over 116 KFC outlets in the country, with a strong
presence in major cities such as Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi. KFC's
success in Pakistan can be attributed to its wide range of menu items, including
chicken burgers, fried chicken, and sides like coleslaw and mashed potatoes.
Cheezious: Cheezious is a local fast food chain that specialises in grilled
cheese sandwiches. The company started in Lahore in 2017 and has since
expanded to other major cities like Islamabad and Karachi. Cheezious has been
successful due to its unique menu items and affordable prices. The company
has also been innovative in its marketing, using social media and influencer
campaigns to attract customers.
Subway: Subway is a global sandwich chain that has been expanding in
Pakistan since 2003. The first Subway outlet in Pakistan opened in Karachi.
Today, there are over 99 Subway outlets in the country, with a strong presence in
major cities such as Lahore and Islamabad. Subway's success in Pakistan can
be attributed to its healthy menu options, including sandwiches made with fresh
vegetables and lean proteins. The company has also been successful in catering
to local tastes, offering items such as chicken tikka subs and spicy sauces.
Overall, the expansion of these fast food chains in Pakistan reflects the country's

QUALITY VS PRICE
McDonald's is known for offering affordable fast food
options with a consistent taste and quality around the world.

Big Mac and the Happy Meal, which are popular with both
children and adults. Their menu consists of primarily
burgers, fries, and beverages, but they have recently added
healthier options like salads and fruit smoothies. The quality
of McDonalds is high but it’s price is not too much high as
compared to it’s competitors (Subway, KFC, and
Cheezious).

Generally, KFC is considered to be a moderately priced fast
food restaurant, with prices that are comparable to other
popular fast food chains. Food quality of KFC is also good.
Subway is a fast food chain that specializes in
sandwiches, salads, and wraps. However, the prices may
be higher compared to other fast-food chains in Pakistan,
as Subway is positioned as a slightly more upscale option.
It's always best to check the prices and reviews of specific
Subway locations in Pakistan before making a purchase.
The prices of Subway's menu items in Pakistan are
generally higher than those of McDonald's.
Cheezious is a local fast food chain in Pakistan that
specializes in grilled cheese sandwiches. They offer a

their menu items, which can range from a few minutes to several minutes.
For example for KFC its 2-3 mins Subway 3-5 mins,, KFC 10-15 mins, and
Cheezious 15-20 mins. As for Cheezious, it is a gourmet grilled cheese
restaurant that may take a bit longer to prepare their sandwiches, but it is
usually well worth the wait.
Additionally, it's worth noting that food safety and quality are crucial
considerations for these restaurants, so they take extra care to ensure that
their food is cooked to the proper temperature and meet their standards

CUSTOMER SERVICE VS PRICE

it easy for customers to grab a quick meal on the go. KFC staff are
generally friendly and helpful, and they strive to provide a positive
customer experience.
McDonald's staff are trained to work quickly and efficiently to ensure
that customers receive their orders promptly. Additionally, McDonald's
has implemented various technology and digital tools to improve the
ordering process and enhance the customer experience.
Subway is a popular sandwich chain that prides itself on offering fresh,
healthy food options. Subway staff were typically friendly and
accommodating in the past but realities have changed
Cheezious offers a more personalized and intimate customer
experience than larger chains like KFC, McDonald's, and Subway.
