This document outlines the development of a PPHP Equipment Management System using truth table algorithm. It includes an introduction describing the purpose of reserving equipment remotely. The problem statement notes issues with the current manual process. The objectives are to design and develop a system using truth table algorithm to allow students to reserve and view equipment reservations and for admins to manage equipment data and reservation approvals. The scope covers student and admin functionality. The waterfall model is used and process and data models including context diagram, DFDs, ERD and data dictionary are presented. A proof of concept demonstrates how truth table algorithm can be applied to determine equipment availability. Interface screenshots are provided and references are listed.

4. Introduction
ï Purpose of this system is to help the user from Kampus Besut to
reserve the equipment
ï Does not need to go to Kampus Gong Badak to reserve the
equipment
ï PPHP Equipment Management System will help the student from
Kampus Besut to reserve the equipment for certain event
ï Truth Table Algorithm will be used and implement it in this system
ï Truth Table algorithm is a mathematical algorithm that shows all
the possible outcomes that would occur from all possible
scenarios
