NATIONAL  CHALLENGE   Only  half  of  all  low-­‐income  high  school   graduates  immediately  enroll  in  college.   Even  those  who  make  it  to  their  first  day  of  college   are  unlikely  to  see  gradua?on  day.  Only  one  in  ten   low-­‐income,  first-­‐genera=on  students  who  enroll  in   college  earn  a  bachelor’s  degree.

SEED  CTS  –  FINDINGS   University   Gradua=on   Rate   Financial   Assistance/     Affordability   Campus-­‐Based   Support   Systems   College  performance  data  for  the  first  two  categories  are  readily   available.  The  quality  and  quan=ty  of  on-­‐campus  support  systems,   however,  have  remained  elusive  criteria  to  measure.   College  supports  directly  affect  graduates’  college  comple=on,   especially  for  the  neediest  students.
