IF TAFFATA FABRIC USE THE ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES ARE:
ADVANTAGES
1. Use no.of times
2. Strength is high.
3. Out look attractive
4. Have water repellent properties.
5. Environment friendly.
DISADVANTAGE
1. Costly.
REMARK: Taffeta fabric must be contrast tasted.
FINAL RESULT
Per month fabricfinish = 502274 Kgs (Reff: Dyeing Asst. manager)
Stock fabricin Knittingstore, dyeing, dyeing finishing& cutting=95325 kg
So that,
1000 kg need = 33 bag (for 33 roll)
So, 95325 kg s need =3178 bag/Month
MONTHLY COST Poly bag = BDT 1,049,136
So, if we consider 6 month then cost will be= 6,294,816TK
In case of taffeta fabric bag
1 bag = 300 taka
For 3178 bag = 300 ×3178
= 953,400 TK/month
S0, If we consider 6 month then cost will be = 953,400 (initial investment)
because of rollingsystem.
Proposal
1.At first we have to provide 3178 bags. The
cost of this bag will be 953,400 tk.
2.This bag must be use in rolling.
Knitting Store→ Dyeing → Dyeing Finishing
↓
Cutting
THE SIZE OF THE BAG: LENGTH = 54”
WIDTH= 42”
REMARKS
6 months poly bag cost = 6,294,816TK
6 months taffeta bag cost = 953,400 tk
Cost save after six month = (6294816-953400)TK
=5341416 TK
=890,236 TK/Month

Project Name: Establishment Progressive
Bundle System.
Progressive Bundle System
The progressive bundle system (PBS) of apparel garments
production gets its name from the bundles of garment parts
that are moved sequentially from operation to operation. This
bundle system, often referred to as the traditional garments
production system, has been widely used by garments
manufacturers for several decades and still is today.

Introduce Myself
My name is Noyon shikder. I was born on the 23 May in 1990, which means I
am 24years old now. I have got 1 younger sister. Then I have got my father and
mother too. I'm mostly close with my sister.
My home town is Rajbari.I finished my SSC examination from Rajbari high
school and HSC examination from Rajbari Government College. I am admitted
in Daffodil International university of Bangladesh and completed my graduation
from textile engineering.
Some interests I have got are; reading books, watching movies, cooking and
praying. I love to read books, because books can always be true friends. They
never demand neither do they complain. This is the way I look upon books.
Mostly I read novels.
Moving on to favourite movies; Titanic, Romeo & Juliet, Crash,
Twilight. Basically the list can go on and on. I must be up to date with the latest
movies.
Cooking has been a huge interest of mine. From my point of view, having
learned how to cook, makes a person’s life much easier.
Then last but not least I love praying. I pray as much as I can. I also feel that
whenever I pray, it helps me getting forward and achieving more and more.
However, sometimes I've had a hard time since there are a lot of challenges as
well. But even so, I've tried to look in a positive side, because I know dealing
with human isn't an easy thing. In order to improve my work performance and
myself, I believe there are still many things I have to learn, and need to strive
for having a better life in the future.
Personal interests/specialization:
I am specialized in my field (Garment’s).
I have special interest to do research on technical textile.
I have interest to work on process optimization and environment savings.
I am specialized to lead a group of people (leadership).
Decision making.
Why study for the Textile Engineers
Bangladesh is a developing country. Textile and Apparel sectoris the economic
backboneof Bangladesh by providing more than 80% of the foreign currency
and being the major employment providing sector.
Textile engineering, also known as textile technology, is the study of various
principles form engineering and scientific methodologies. These principles are
then implemented for the processing and production of all kinds of textile fabric
and yarns from textile fibers. The disciple involves extensive study of chemical
and physical principles, which is then utilized for the detailed study and analysis
of the behaviour of polymers involved in the formation of textile fibre.
Textile engineering is an innovative field as it is a scientific realm. It involves
the creative research, study, and exploration of new techniques for production
and improvisation. Textile manufacturers not only seek to develop and find new
techniques for the production of new fabrics of better quality, but they also
constantly work on improving existing textile fibers.
A textile engineer who works in the textile industry or in textile production has
to undergo a standard degree program. The course study involves classes in
other aspects of engineering, including mechanical, industrial, and chemical.
These modules are intended to strengthen and solidify the basic concepts of
engineering. This coursework will help to better understand the technical
aspects of the field.
Advanced programs in textile engineering focus on textile chemical technology
and fiber science. Education in this field usually also involves training in plant
designing, wet process designing, dyeing, and printing. A career offers
employment opportunities in product research and development, corporate
management and supervision, process engineering, and sales.

I'm mostly close with my sister. My home town is Rajbari.I finished my SSC examination from Rajbari high school and HSC examination from Rajbari Government College. I am admitted in Daffodil International university of Bangladesh and completed my graduation from textile engineering. Some interests I have got are; reading books, watching movies, cooking and praying. I love to read books, because books can always be true friends. They never demand neither do they complain. This is the way I look upon books. Mostly I read novels. Moving on to favourite movies; Titanic, Romeo & Juliet, Crash, Twilight. Basically the list can go on and on. I must be up to date with the latest movies. Cooking has been a huge interest of mine. From my point of view, having learned how to cook, makes a person’s life much easier. Then last but not least I love praying. I pray as much as I can. I also feel that whenever I pray, it helps me getting forward and achieving more and more. However, sometimes I've had a hard time since there are a lot of challenges as well. But even so, I've tried to look in a positive side, because I know dealing with human isn't an easy thing. In order to improve my work performance and myself, I believe there are still many things I have to learn, and need to strive for having a better life in the future. Personal interests/specialization: I am specialized in my field (Garment’s). I have special interest to do research on technical textile. I have interest to work on process optimization and environment savings. I am specialized to lead a group of people (leadership). Decision making.
  • 23. Why study for the Textile Engineers Bangladesh is a developing country. Textile and Apparel sectoris the economic backboneof Bangladesh by providing more than 80% of the foreign currency and being the major employment providing sector. Textile engineering, also known as textile technology, is the study of various principles form engineering and scientific methodologies. These principles are then implemented for the processing and production of all kinds of textile fabric and yarns from textile fibers. The disciple involves extensive study of chemical and physical principles, which is then utilized for the detailed study and analysis of the behaviour of polymers involved in the formation of textile fibre. Textile engineering is an innovative field as it is a scientific realm. It involves the creative research, study, and exploration of new techniques for production and improvisation. Textile manufacturers not only seek to develop and find new techniques for the production of new fabrics of better quality, but they also constantly work on improving existing textile fibers. A textile engineer who works in the textile industry or in textile production has to undergo a standard degree program. The course study involves classes in other aspects of engineering, including mechanical, industrial, and chemical. These modules are intended to strengthen and solidify the basic concepts of engineering. This coursework will help to better understand the technical aspects of the field. Advanced programs in textile engineering focus on textile chemical technology and fiber science. Education in this field usually also involves training in plant designing, wet process designing, dyeing, and printing. A career offers employment opportunities in product research and development, corporate management and supervision, process engineering, and sales.
