What is technology transformation?
Transformation is more than just about implementing new technology,
or adding to what we already have.
It is about using technology to implement change that leads to:
 Improved clinical outcomes
 Better patient experience
 Economic benefits
 Sustainable and scalable ways of providing and receiving
patient centred care
