NHS Citizen held a workshop to map out the existing participation structures within the NHS system in England in order to understand how NHS Citizen can best add value without duplicating existing efforts. The workshop outlined the new NHS system, introduced network analysis concepts, and had participants start identifying organizations and relationships to begin building out the map. The goal was to understand connectivity and influence within the network to help determine NHS Citizen's role.
