The main objective is to have a facility that, with minimal
assistance, allows it to operate with short periods of
inactivity and reduced delivery times.
Thanks to the experience acquired through the years,
NG Tool crystallizes the opening of a plant dedicated to the
production of precision cutting tools.
Currently, different product lines are being developed
for the launching of different projects, while establishing
new horizons within markets that are planned to be
conquered; They include:

equipment
With this equipment and the chosen peripherals, we are
able to keep tolerances below 25 microns and 2 arc sec.
The equipment acquired for this goal is the Matsuura
Cublex 25, with turning capability. 40 Pallets in process
measurement, and coolant through spindle, high pressure
pumps, micro coolant ltration, installed in our climate
controlled facility.

ﬁxture design
The development of this process allows us to execute
production without the need for constant supervision or for
long periods of human assistance.
Fixture design was standardized to HSK 63 so that
standard, semi standard and new jobs don’t have the need
to wait for new xture to come.
To always remain competitive we need to keep down
time at the lowest wich we achieve by a well planned and
controlled process with our personal fully aware of their
partipation when excecuering the equipment.

programming and design
Design
The use of Camplete allow us to validate almost fully,
keeping the validation machine time to a minimum.
We can fully develop the product according to a Process
Drawing, a tool drawing or we can make a site visit to
collect the necessary information to create a solid model.
Full 3D Validation must be approved by the end user
before manufacturing.
Programming
CAD CAM is a must in this industry but it is not enough
for 5 axis programing, that is why besides de NX we use
Camplete for lling the gap between the CAM and the real
machine.

quality control
All of our tools are veried to a 100%, with high end
equipment and some others under inspection process.
We have in house CMM, Tool presetters, Air Gaging (for
tapers and diameters)
