The VCPs start generating input-independent
correlated randomness using heavyweight
cryptographic primitives (e.g., homomorphic
encryption, oblivious transfer) that support secure
and fast I/O operations and computations in the
online phase.

3 Clients register and authorize with each of the VCPs
to invoke services, i.e., upload / download data and
trigger computations.
