Het aardappelverkoopbedrijf heeft in 2011 SAP geimplementeerd ter ondersteuning van de processen: inkoop, planning, aanvoer en ontvangsten van aardappelen. Tot deze implementatie behoorden ook de koppeling met de financiele administratie, datawarehouse en de administratie van het aandelenbezit van de aangesloten boeren. Voor een major release in 2012 wenste het aardappelverkoopbedrijf een release planning op basis van FPA. Hiertoe zijn zowel de Blueprint van 2011 als de delta 2012 geselecteerd en geautomatiseerd geteld.
