► Quantity take Off: (a) Resource planning for takeoff Quantification with standard norms for all operating
activities in the BOQ as per receipt of tender drawings. (b) Taking off the major quantities from the construction
drawings as per the site requirement to place the order of quantities and to recheck with the subcontractors
invoice & quantities invoice.
► BOQ & Specification: Preparation / Checking of BOQ as per receipt of tender drawings specification &
providing detailed specifications for the line item description as per standard norms. Producing final BOQ within
stipulated time frame, importing final Quantities to CCS.
► Indirect works: Float enquiries for subcontracts and check for prices and terms. Committed to performing
professionally and effectively to contribute to the success of the company. Monitoring subcontractor package
enquiry matrix.
► Sub‐Contractor Quotations: Comparing the subcontractors Quotations of the each individual item and making
ready to import to CCS with the lowest price.
► Site Visits: Perform site visits post tender preparation of site visit reports, analyzing the risks and other natural
ground factors.
► Requests for Information :- Preparation of queries to client regarding discrepancies in tender drawings,
specifications and BOQ.
► Rate Analysis: Evaluate unit rates, for all items of work, by getting rates from suppliers of materials and to
evaluate the productivity of work as per the progress of the site (i.e., Man, Material, Plants & Overhead).
► Contractual Documents: (a) Preparation of set of contract document for proposing tendering and managing all
sub-contractors contract documents (b) Checking the tender drawings with contract drawings and submitting the
variation to the consultant if any, and checking the pre & post contract specifications, bill of quantities, condition
of contract, if there are any changes or obligations will be forwarded to the project manager and management.
► Budget: Preparation of the master-budget in accordance with tender amount and tracking a budget regularly for
providing information to the management related project cost impact and projected cost for completion of the
project.
