Based on these studies, a battery of 4 tests (Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus, Finger to Nose, Palm Pat, Hand Coordination) were identified and further validated in a 2009 study on Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri which found positive results on these tests indicate a 90-91% probability that the suspect's BAC is over the legal limit of 0.08.
