3 Steps – A Communication Process

     – You are concerned about the costs, whereas I respect your concern , I 
       also think that…
     – You seem to value the impact on the community.  I value that impact, 
       too, and…
     – You are focused on validity issues, and they are significant and will get 
       our attention.  I think we need to asses the project form a different 
       perspective…
