HIGH STRENGTH STAINLESS STEEL
ASSl is largest producer and exporter of 17-4Ph stainless steel long products in India and it is
available in all heat treated conditions like H1150D, H1150D (M), H1025, H1075, H900 and solution
annealed condition. Confirming to ASTM A-564(Type 630), AMS5643, AMS-5622, EN 1.4542 and
AFNORZ6CNU17-O4
ASSL product Range: Bright bar rounds, Cold drawn hexagons & Squares, HRAP Flat bars and Hot
rolled bars in heat treated as well as in as rolled condition as per customer specification in various
international standards

We can supply the above grades in AISI, DIN, UNI, JIS, GOST, UNE, SIS, BSI, and AND AFNOR
We can supply the bright bars in annealed, hardened and tempered, solution annealed, stress
relieved, strain hardened, centerless ground CG and polished, cold drawn, smooth turned, 100 % UT
tested and MPI tested chamfered in various degrees according to customer requirement on both
sides. We are exporting almost 80% of our bright bar production to more than 50 countries including
European countries and USA
ASSL produces precision PSQ/BSQ quality bright bars which can be used in aerospace and defense
applications due to its ability to produce polished bars with close diametrical tolerances through
different polishing options available at our end. We have integrated in house facility for heat
treatment, (annealing, solution annealing, hardening and tempering), pickling, straightening, peeling,
drawing, centerless grinding, polishing and buffing etc. This division high quality bars with the help of
modern testing facilities like ultrasonic tester and eddy current tester for testing both the surface as
well as internal defects
