Time Spent with Jesus
If you want to get to know Jesus better, spend time with Him. You spend time with Jesus when
you read God’s Word. When you stop to listen to His “gentle whisper”1
in your heart, that is
spending time with Him. Prayer and thanksgiving are also ways to spend time with Jesus. When
Jesus is on your mind and you talk to Him, you make Jesus more a part of your heart and mind.
Time spent with Jesus will make you more like Him—a better and more caring person. Jesus
fills your heart with joy and His loving ways!
